UNIOSUN Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form 2025/2026 is Out
Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. The exercise is open to all candidates who made UNIOSUN their first choice institution in the 2025 JAMB UTME or those willing to change to UNIOSUN as first choice through the JAMB portal.
Only candidates with a minimum UTME score of 160 marks are eligible to apply. However, admission into Nursing, Medicine, Law, and Common & Islamic Law requires at least 200 marks. Candidates with lower scores who selected these competitive courses are advised to change to other relevant programmes.
Age Requirement
In line with the national policy, candidates who will be less than 16 years of age by 31st December, 2025 are not eligible to apply for UNIOSUN admission.
How to Apply for UNIOSUN Post-UTME 2025/2026
Candidates should register online by visiting the official UNIOSUN Website or directly via the Admission Portal. After completing the form, applicants are expected to print two (2) copies of the application slip for reference.
Application Fees
The application involves the payment of a N3,000.00 Portal Access Fee and N2,000.00 Screening Fee. Payments should be made through the Remita WebPAY platform using ATM cards (MasterCard, Verve, or other REMITA-enabled cards).
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
All Direct Entry applicants, including those from the UNIOSUN IJMB and JUPEB programmes, must have obtained a JAMB Direct Entry Form before applying. Such candidates are also required to register for the screening exercise.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for admission into UNIOSUN, candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB at no more than two sittings. For Medicine, Nursing, and Law, the credits must be obtained at a single sitting. Direct Entry applicants are expected to possess at least a Lower Credit in their respective diplomas.
It is important that candidates provide accurate details during registration. Any falsification of documents will lead to disqualification, prosecution, and withdrawal of admission. Candidates awaiting results must upload them within one week of release to avoid disqualification.
Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
The 2025/2026 UNIOSUN admission process will follow the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). All applicants are advised to upload their O’Level results to CAPS as this remains a pre-condition for admission consideration.
Medical Screening
All successfully admitted candidates must undergo a mandatory medical examination, which includes drug testing and other health checks before matriculation.
Closing Date for Application
The deadline for submission of applications is 12:00 Noon on Sunday, 12th October, 2025. Interested candidates are strongly advised to complete their applications well before the deadline.
