Twelve Dead, Four Injured in Tragic Bus-Truck Crash Along Lagos-Badagry Expressway

The impact was so violent that it instantly killed the driver, the conductor, and ten passengers on board.
“This heart-wrenching incident underscores the fragility of life. No journey should end this way. We pray for the repose of the souls of the departed and strength for their loved ones,” Bakare-Oki said after visiting the crash site personally to assess the situation.
Of the sixteen occupants of the bus, twelve died at the scene, while the remaining four were swiftly rushed to the General Hospital in Badagry for urgent medical treatment. Their conditions were described as critical, with several battling severe injuries.
