- Category B: Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE but wish to switch can also apply, provided they scored a minimum of 150 in JAMB. Such candidates must complete a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal before submitting the FUOTUOKE application.
Prospective students are also expected to select from the courses listed by the university during the application process.

The application process is entirely online and user-friendly. To apply, candidates should:
- Visit the official FUOTUOKE application portal at http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.
- Follow the instructions to create an account or log in.
- Make a non-refundable payment of N2,000 only using a valid Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card.
- Carefully complete the online application form and ensure that all personal and academic details are correctly filled in.
