2. JAMB Admission Letter: In addition to the university’s admission letter, you will also need the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) admission letter.

This document is issued by JAMB to candidates who have been offered admission through the UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) or Direct Entry. Like the university admission letter, you should have both the original and photocopies ready.

3. JAMB Result Slip: Your JAMB result slip is another crucial document. It contains your scores in the UTME and other relevant details. This document is required to confirm that you met the cut-off mark for your chosen course.

Ensure that your JAMB result slip is printed in color, as some institutions may not accept black and white copies.

4. O’Level Results (WAEC/NECO/GCE): Your O’Level results are vital for the clearance process. This report is usually obtained from a recognised government hospital and should include general health information, blood group, and Genotype. Some universities have specific forms that must be filled out by the attending physician.

8. Passport Photographs: Passport photographs are needed for various official documents and identification purposes within the university. It’s advisable to have at least 12 recent passport-sized photos with a white background.

9. Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt: The acceptance fee is the first payment you make to confirm your acceptance of the admission offer. The payment receipt is a critical document for clearance, as it shows that you have formally accepted the admission.

Ensure you keep the receipt safe, as it may also be required for future reference.

10. School Fees Payment Receipt: The school fees payment receipt is another essential document. It confirms that you have paid the required fees for the semester or academic session.

Keep all payment receipts, as they may be needed during subsequent clearances or registrations.
